    General Terms:

  • • This price list supercedes all previous lists.

    • • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and
      printing errors

    • We sell all goods in inner packs, as described in our price list.

    • Federal, State, and/or local authorites may  have laws related to the purchase, offering or sale
      of certain items. It is the  purchaser's responsibility that applicable federal, state and/or local 
      ordinances will comply with in connection with the sale or purchase of any or  all items sold by
      us. Any offering of any items whether contained in our catalog, in this price list, or any other
      media are void where prohibited.

    • Pictures are for illustration purposes only, actual item may vary in appearance.

    Payment Terms:

    • COD cash or company check with our approval.

    • Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card
      We need  the card type, card number, name as it appears on the card, expiration date, and  the
      address that the credit card bill comes to for verification. Please provide  signature, mail or fax
      photocopy of Driver's License and Credit Card if order is  over $500.

    • Deposit payment order
      Personal or company  check. We will wait for the check to clear the bank before shipping your
      order  unless we have received and approved a check application in your name. Checks
      returned to us for any reson are subject to a handling charge of $15. Any credit on your account
      resulting from sending a deposit for merchandise we could  account to be used as a credit on
      your next order.

    • Bank wire transfer
      Please contact us for  wire transfer instructions, include $15, to cover our bank service charges.

    • To be considered approved for Net 30 Days

      1. You must complete a credit application. One will be sent upon request.

      2. We need 3 company references with phone number, fax number and contact person.

      3. Bank account number, phone number, fax number and authorize your bank to release
         your account information to us.

  • Shipping and Delivery:

    • • We have a $10 minimum order. We do, however, charge a special $5.00 handling fee for orders
       under $25.

    • You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no
      fault on the part of Zephyrtronics(TM).

    • Damaged shipments from handling must be  claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are 
      missing or damaged, be sure  to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damaged
      after the  driver has left, keep all packing and call the freight carrier to return and  inspect the
      damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a  defect in workmanship but
      obviosly cannot be responsible for damage caused by  the freight carrier.

    • We can ship to customers temporary addresses which are different from regular ship to
       address, but we are not responsible for errors in shipment.

  • All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and acceptance. Actual shipping time is contingent upon  availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of any delays,  every effort will be made to contact you by phone or mail. If the delay is due to partial or complete backorder, you will receive notice by the mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order (if you wish to cancel and you paid by money order or check, we will  be happy to send a refund within 7-14 days).

    The standard shipping  carrier is UPS Ground Tracking for domestic orders. For shipping by Federal  Express, please add $14.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges (please  allow 3-4 business days for delivery in such cases). Puerto Rico, Alaska, and  Hawaii: Add 8% to standard shipping and handling charge; and for Air add $19.99. There are exceptions.

    For correct shipping and handling charges and air  shipments, please call the Zephyrtronics(TM) office between 9 AM and 5 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Unless specified, all orders in the domestic U.S. are shipped UPS. Parcel post is used for all post office boxes, PR, AK, HI, Virgin Islands, APO destinations and Canada. No Air Freight to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto  Rico, Virgin Islands, and Canada.

    Shipping and handling charges are added  to invoice.

    Model and Price Change:

    Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines with improved models and eliminating some models. Accordingly, Zephyrtronics(TM) reserves the right to make price changes, to  improve its product line, change models, and to eliminate product offerings  whenever deemed necessary.

    About Returns:

    Zephyrtronics(TM) wishes you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. A copy of the complete warranty is  included with the product.

    Should you have any problems or questions, please contact us directly at (909) 865-4998. If, for any reason, you are not  completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and labor charges) within 30 days, subject to Return  Authorization from Zephyrtronics(TM). Should you have to return an item, please  secure a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your product.  Shortages, incorrect products, or defects must be reported within five days.

    Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition  of goods and packaging materials.

    We take tremendous pride and care in shipping your order. Should any damage be present upon receipt of your order, you should not accept shipment and mark the package “refused.” Contact us immediately if you experience any concealed damage.

    For an RA# on  returns: 1.) Call Customer Service at (909) 865-2595. All returns require an  authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition; all returns are subject to inspection. 2.) All exchange / returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging  materials, inserts, and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all  accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. If  you do, we will unfortunately have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. 3.) Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. 4.) Any merchandise  returned to us unauthorized will be subject to an automatic restocking charge.  PLEASE SHIP YOUR PARCEL BACK TO US PREPAID. We suggest you use UPS Ground Service “Insured.” Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
